Mozilla released the Firefox Preview 4 update on GitHub, introducing new features such as login management, popular websites, and initial extension support. With login management, users do not need to continue to travel to and from Mozilla’s Lockwise app and copy and paste the password into the site login field.

Over the past few months, Mozilla has been trying to get through the sync capabilities of Firefox Preview and existing Firefox apps so that it can replace the latter in the future. With the new GeckoView browsing engine, Firefox Preview is running faster than the current Firefox app.

At Firefox Preview 4.0, you’ll be able to access login details from your browser, change the in-app language, view popular sites on new tabs, bypass certificate errors, and install uBlock Origin (more extensions are coming online). Additionally, this update fixes permanent undo notifications and other errors.
