On Nov. 11, Sharp launched its new AQUOS V in Taiwan. Sharp AQUOS V locates the “National Flagship”, which is equipped with the Qualcomm snapDragon 835 mobile platform. Built on Samsung’s 10nm manufacturing process, the Dragon 835 will have a smaller chip area than a 40% increase in 14nm efficiency.
The snapDragon 835 uses an octa-core design, the size of the core is Kryo 280 architecture, large core frequency 2.45GHz, small core frequency 1.9GHz, small core cluster with 1MB L2, GPU Cache for Adreno 540@670MHz, compared to the previous generation performance improvement of 25%, support 4K screen, UFS 2.1, dual camera and LPD4x four-channel Memory, integrated.
In other configurations, the Sharp AQUOS V features a 5.93-inch FHD plus display with 4GB of memory and 64GB of storage, with a rear dual 13 megapixels, with one of the main cameras supporting OIS optical stabilization and 4K video shooting.
In addition, Sharp AQUOS V retains a 3.5mm headphone hole and uses a back fingerprint scheme.
Finally, the price of concern, Sharp AQUOS V sold for T$6,990 (about 1600 yuan).
