In February 2020, Tencent’s “PUBG MOBILE” and “Peace Elite” received more than $191 million worldwide, five times as much as in the same period last year, according to Sensor Tower Store Intelligence. “Glory of the Kings” and its overseas edition came in second place with $121 million in revenue. The Chinese version contributed 92.6 per cent of revenue, followed by the Thai version of Garena Realm of Valor, which contributed 3.7 per cent.
The other three games on the list are Mixi’s Monster Marbles, Lilith’s Sword and Expedition, and Wandai’s “Seven Dragon PearlBlast.”
In February, a number of games on the list hit new revenues, including “PUBG MOBILE” and “Peace Elite,” “Coin Master” and “The Awakening of the Nations.” For The Sword and the Expedition, “Dream Garden” and “Seven Dragon Pearl Blast” are the second-highest-earning months.
A number of objective factors contributed to the game’s strong revenue performance in February. For example, “Sword and Expedition” landed in the Chinese market in January, ushered in a significant increase in revenue. Revenuefrom from Peace Elite, Coin Master and Dream Garden has been growing steadily in recent months, thanks to in-game activity, new play, or buy-to-let investments.
