Following the launch of the COVID Sympton Tracker app in the UK, the US now plans to launch the app on March 26,media reported. The app is understood to have been designed by Zoe Global Limited, a health technology company, from King’s College London, Guys and St Thomas’ Hospitals.
People who download the app need to provide some health background and report each day if they have any symptoms of new coronary pneumonia, so that scientists can find high-risk areas.
According to the product home page, the main objectives of the program include identifying high-risk areas, identifying who is most at risk by better understanding the symptoms associated with underlying health conditions, and how quickly the virus is spreading in your area. By reporting data to your application, you can help slow outbreaks and help identify those at risk early.
The app is still new, as can be seen in a one-star review on the Play Store, because it has a bug that makes it very difficult to sign up for an account. Nevertheless, developers are doing their best to fix reported errors.
