Data shows Google Chrome’s market share slightly up in the way of Windows 10

Netmarketshare has released data on browser and operating system market share for March 2020. Google Chrome’s market share is slightly higher than it was in February 2020. As Support for Windows 7 ends, more and more users are switching to Windows 10. The operating system currently has a market share of 57.34 per cent, followed by Windows 7 with 26.23 per cent.

Windows 8.1 came in third with 3.69 percent of the market, followed by macOS X 10.14 with a market share of 2.62 percent.

On the browser side, Google Chrome’s market share has risen slightly, with Chrome now holding 68.50 per cent, followed by Microsoft Edge with 7.59 per cent. Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer came in third and fourth with market share of 7.19% and 5.87%, respectively.

This month’s operating system market share figures have not changed much, And Windows 10 did not receive any significant market share gains this month, while Windows 7’s market share rebounded slightly, possibly because people use old PCs when they work from home.
