To help people ease the negative emotions of fear, loneliness, and despair during the COVID-19 epidemic, Headspace recently reached out to the New York governor’s office, offering local residents a resource for meditation at home. In addition, the site offers a large amount of free audio content, including courses of varying length and exclusive content for children. Users can click directly and access dozens of technical articles on sleep, anxiety, meditation, and more.

Guidance for meditators covers the basics of helping in the face of stress, the need to focus, or when you rest.
Longer courses include a 45-minute “sleep experience” that uses background sounds such as music to relieve stress.
