Samsung is expected to launch a higher-end Chromebook with 16GB of memory in the future, with built-in storage capacity to 512GB,media outlet Chrome Unboxed reported. According to a submission from Chromium Repositories, the “Kohaku” (the development code name for the Galaxy Chromebook) Premium will come with 16GB of memory.

In the submitted message and Makefile.inc file, you can see that the existing 8GB version has been added next to the 16GB RAM version. It’s unclear when Samsung will launch a larger version of the Chromebook, or how much it will go up in terms of price.
