World-wide limit of 25 Porsche series of cars on us: 5 million ‘broken’

The new crown pneumonia is now raging in New York State, but even that doesn’t stop Toho from enjoying the thrill of supercars on the empty streets. According tomedia reports, on the morning of April 7, local time, a series of car accidents occurred in New York City. The news is of concern because the vehicle involved is an extremely rare GEMBALLA Mirage GT. It’s worth noting that the number of cars worldwide is limited to 25 units, each worth or more than $750,000 (about 5.3 million RMB).

As expected, the Mirage GT lost control due to excessive speed and ended up skidding into a Toyota Senna on the side of the road and crashing it more than 10 metres away.

While everyone was concerned about whether the owner was injured, the Mirage GT, whose front face and steering mechanism were completely damaged, started again, quivering and moving forward quickly, eventually losing control again and loading roadside obstacles to stop. The owner of the car has been taken away by New York police for investigation.

The GEMBALLA Mirage GT is a high-performance modified vehicle based on Porsche’s flagship Carera GT. The original Carrera GT production was extremely low, with only 1,270 units, and only a limited 25 of these 1,270 units were made into Gemballa Mirage GT, which shows the extent of its appreciation.

After the power re-adjustment, the GEMBALLA Mirage GT’s maximum output power was increased from 612 hp to 670 hp and the peak torque from 590 Nm to 630 Nm.
