Earlier this year, Microsoft opened up the Xbox console streaming feature to all markets. As part of Project xCloud, it allows users to experience the game on Android or PC or stream it in the cloud. Last November, the software giant revealed that Project xCloud would be on the Windows 10 platform by 2020. Now, WalkingCat has shared his new findings on Twitter.

Recently, an app called Xbox Streaming Game appeared in the Microsoft Store. As the description shows, it seems to be primarily for developers.

It’s not clear when the version for regular users will arrive, and Project xCloud previews are still limited to Android and iOS devices.

Little is known, but from screenshots shared by Aggisei Lumia, the test app seems to be limited to game developers who provide streaming capabilities for hosts.

For the average user, Project xCloud is still available only through a mobile platform. By the time the project is completed, however, Microsoft will also support Windows 10 devices based on the ARM hardware platform.
