Originally, Build 19041.207 was considered the final version number for Windows 10 May 2020 (Version 2004, 20H1), but recently Microsoft redefined the RTM candidate version update, build 19041.208 may be the final version number.
With this update, Microsoft also acknowledges a new known issue in Windows 10 May 2020. According to Microsoft, an error in the feature update caused the DISM (Deployment Imaging Services and Management) tool to incorrectly report a corrupt status.
Microsoft says the DISM tool can help users fix Windows corruption errors, but the correct status is not always reported on The May 2020 feature update (Version 2004) system.
Microsoft said it would fix the upcoming service release, and it’s unclear whether it plans to fix the DISM issue before releasing the update to the public. Microsoft is still planning to improve the overall experience of the May 2020 update, which is rumoured to have been delayed almost until the end of May.
