Microsoft Surface Duo, which runs Android, is expected to be released this year

On May 7th Panos Panay, the father of Microsoft’s Surface, said the Surface Neo foldable tablet running Windows 10X had been delayed and would not be available this year. As for the Surface Duo, Panos Panay didn’t reveal it. Android Authority reports that Surface Duo is expected to be released this year, and Microsoft will announce a specific release date at some point in the future.

As early as last year, Microsoft showed off surface Duo, which runs Microsoft’s custom-made Android system with Google. The machine consists of two 5.6-inch screens, which are expanded to measure 8.3 inches.

The Surface Duo is equipped with Qualcomm’s SnapDragon 855 flagship platform and runs Android 9. Microsoft also said it would provide world-class imaging systems, with specifications unknown.
