Microsoft renamed SwiftKey “Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard”

Microsoft’s “rename department” is out again. Yesterday, Microsoft changed the app name from SwiftKey to “Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard” in an update to SwiftKey Beta on the Play Store, noting that this was just a name change and that the app would remain the same.

This update also brings support for Emoji 12.0, including flamingos, otters, guide dogs, sloths, white hearts, mixed skin tones when holding hands, and couples of genders. You can access these new emojis from SwiftKey’s emoji panel. These new emojis only support Android 10 (or above) devices.
