Ikea has shared instructions on how to build comfortable homemade “fortresses” and tents, showing how to build interesting structures with pillows, blankets and furniture, according tomedia CNET. Ikea’s Russian branch has released six designs that use blankets, pillows, sheets and existing furniture to design six simple children’s “fortresses” and tents for children. The six designs include Fortress, Wigwam, Castle, Cave, Campingand and House.
Each design mimics the visual guidance of the traditional IKEA black-and-white instructions, showing a list of items needed to make a “castle” and a tent, as well as a final effect map.
For example, IKEA recommends using sofa beds, blankets, pillows and clothes pins to build Fortress. Or will the classic House be your hiding place? It covered the table with a large blanket.
Campingten’s design, for example, looks like the kind of tent you set up in the woods after a day of hiking in the forest. Just put a blanket on the clothes rack. Ikea also recommends that you hang a cute octopus lamp inside.
In the Cave design, a blanket is partially covered on the back of the chair.
Traditional Wigwam is not only a fun fortress, but also provides more trend design elements for your living room.
Finally, there is a more complex Castle design. This is using four kitchen chairs, a hanger, blankets and holiday lighting.
