According tomedia reports, Bentley recently held an online competition for staff and their families — designing a Bentley Mulliner Bacalar. The winner of this race is the rainbow-themed car seen below. In this car, rainbow paint is painted on an extremely rare and unique Barchetta-style Bacalar. The carmaker said the car would be restarted under Bentley Mulliner.
This rainbow-themed car was created by Bentley’s paint line on this rare model. The Bentley rainbow is made up of seven colors. One of these colors, called Dragon Red II, is a metallic red color designed to evoke a sense of speed and presence.
Orange Flame is an orange blend of mica pigment and aluminum powder, coated on a transparent coating. Yellow Flame is the recently introduced Bentley Mulliner Bacalar color, which uses a pigment containing rice shell ash, a by-product of the rice industry.
Apple Green is a Bentley custom color, said to be a “fresh, modern hue in the green spectrum.” Jetstream II is a “light, very fine, almost powder-blue metal finish,” which is a color transition between elegant blue in cold light and silver in warm light. Sequin Blue is Bentley’s signature color; it was originally a special request from a customer who wanted to match the colors of her favorite prom dress. This color is one of Bentley’s 10 most popular paints. Azure Purple is a dark and rich shade with a blue background.
