Before the Galaxy M01 was launched in India, the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy M01s model sq. models were also exposed by the Geekbench benchmark database and the Wi-Fi alliance. According to the plan, the former will land in India in June with the Galaxy M11, which is expected to sell for less than 15,000 rupees (about 1417 RMB). As for the Galaxy M01s, the model codes are SM-M017F and SM-M017F/DS, implying that it may have a single/dual card double version.
The configuration of the Galaxy M01s should be slightly enhanced on top of the Galaxy M01. The Geekbench benchmark database already lists the pre-installed version of Android, as well as RAM and on-board storage capacity.
The Wi-Fi Alliance says it will support dual SIM and single 2.4GHz wireless networks. The machine has a single/multicore score of 747 / 3526, comes with 3GB of shipping, and is pre-installed with the Android 9.0 mobile operating system (which is expected to be upgraded to Android 10 when released).
On the chip side, it uses the MediaTek MT6762V SoC (i.e. Helio P22) with the octa-core s 2GHz. Unfortunately, other details about the Galaxy M01s are not yet known.
Reference To the Galaxy M01, the machine is equipped with a 5.71-inch HD-TFT display with a resolution of 720 x 1560 (19:9 aspect ratio) and a drop letuing notch for the front-facing selfie camera.
Based on the Qualcomm SnapDragon 439 chipset, the Galaxy M01 features a 3GB OF RAM plus 32GB ROM storage portfolio (which should support microSD expansion) and pre-installed OneUI software based on Android 10 customization.
The rear camera features a combination of 13MP master and 2MP depth-aware sensors, complemented by a front-facing 5MP selfie/video chat camera. The battery capacity is 4000mAh, but it does n’whichtos.
