Now Google has brought an improvement to Chrome Canary users to enable PWA apps to go on with Windows. The feature was originally discovered bymedia TechDows, hidden behind a Flag. If you’re using Google Chrome, you can follow these steps to enable the feature.

1. Start Google Chrome Canary and type “chrome://flags” in the address bar.

2. Type “Desktop PWA run on OS login” in the search bar.

3. Click the drop-down menu and select Enabled.

After restarting Chrome, users can visit PWA-enabled websites (e.g. cnbeta.com) and click On the address bar to install. In the Install Apps dialog box, check the “Start application when you log in to your computer” option, and then click Install. This way, the PWA app will start the next time windows are turned on.

It’s unclear how users removed the app from the boot entry because Google doesn’t offer the “Launch app when you log in to your computer” option. However, the user can open the startup folder and manually delete the PWA application. 要做到这一点,按Windows+R打开运行,输入”%APPDATA%MicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartup “打开启动文件夹并删除快捷方式。
