After the release of Alpha 3 a few weeks ago, Microsoft Flight Simulator had nothing to watch in its weekly update on Thursday. But today Microsoft has announced some interesting updates, including the upcoming Alpha Invitation, Feature Discovery Series, and more.
First, Build 126.96.36.199 will be released within the next 24 hours. The new version contains bug fixes and quality improvements for various components, and the full update log reads:
Peripherals and controls
Fixed the save buffer size saved on Xbox Live Cloud — this fixes an issue creating a new input profile for the peripheral.
Similar but not identical, fix problem loading saved files from the cloud
Fixes an issue when setting up peripherals, allowing you to verify your device
Updated cockpit interior of 747 aircraft
User interface and controls
Fixes an issue that controls the settings screen when the user cannot exit the user interface
Fixed the crash of selecting a custom profile when setting up a peripheral.
As with previous plans, Microsoft continues to invite more participants to its Alpha program, so those who have already applied should be aware of any such emails.
