Microsoft confirms Xbox Series X will debut in Japan

In an interview with Famitsu, Microsoft confirmed that the next-generation console Xbox Series X will be available in Japan over the Christmas holidays this year. Notably, in early January, Sony hinted that the PS5 would also make its debut in Japan. Microsoft also confirmed that Assassin’s Creed: Temple of the Indycar, Bright Memory, Yin Hong Link, Halo: Infinity will be released in Japan with XSX. Curiously, “Dragon 7”, which has previously been confirmed to be the first xSX premiere, has not been mentioned.

In May, the Head of Xbox France confirmed that France would be one of the starting locations for XSX consoles.

As for The National Bank, the Xbox Series X’s national line page is already online, but it’s unclear whether Chinese mainland will be one of the starters.
