June 4 (UPI) — Tesla’s super-factory in Glenhead, a suburb of Brandenburg, berlin, has begun pouring concrete after clearing the forest and leveling the land, according tomedia reports. Tesla’s Berlin Super plant was granted initial permission to carry out groundwork at the end of May. The latest reports frommedia show that the first part of the plant has begun pouring concrete.
Parts of Tesla’s Berlin superfactory began pouring concrete, which was revealed by a Tesla enthusiast, showing an area that had been dug up, a concrete mixer truck working, several workers and a roller, working in the area, which is very different in color from the area near the laid-down rubble, apparently poured concrete.
Media said in the report that the area where concrete is being poured appears to be the foundation of the Berlin superfactory, providing a stable environment for the carrying plant to ensure the stability of the building.
Tesla’s super-plant in Berlin, Germany, was announced by CEO Elon Musk at an awards ceremony in Berlin last November, and was later confirmed to be built in Glenhead, a suburb of Brandenburg, berlin, to produce batteries, powertrains and vehicles, starting with Model Y and scheduled for delivery in 2021.
Tesla’s super plant in Berlin, its first in Europe, is also taking germany’s focus, and it had hoped the plant would go ahead as planned because it would provide 12,000 employees and a lot of local jobs.
