June 11 (UPI) — Volkswagen said on Wednesday that its flagship hatchback ID.3 would not start delivering until September, months after scheduled delivery, due to software problems that delayed production,media reported.

Volkswagen said the first 30,000 cars would begin accepting binding orders from June 17, but no initial version of the core connectivity feature would not begin delivering to customers until September.

This marks the second time Volkswagen has delayed the launch of the mass-market model it has announced as a counter-tesla.

After a single charge, the actual power consumption of 45 kWh of basic capacity battery can last 230 to 330 km, the actual power consumption of 58 kWh of medium capacity battery can last 300 to 420 km, the actual power consumption of 77 kWh of high-capacity battery can last 390 to 550 km.
