After installing this month’s cumulative update on Tuesday’s event, many users and IT administrators reported a network printer failure. It has been confirmed that Windows 10 Version 2004/1909/1903/1803, and even Version 1507, has this problem. Today, Microsoft has released new cumulative updates for Version 1909/1903/1809 and previous releases to fix printer issues for administrators and regular users.

Microsoft says the cumulative update KB4567512 for Windows 10 Version 1909/1903, and the KB4567513 for Version 1809 will address printer-related issues. However, these updates are only available for download through Microsoft’s Update Catalog and need to be repaired by manual installation.

The Update Directory tool provides three options. 32, 64-bit or ARM64 versions of cumulative updates. Select the appropriate version and click “Download”. After downloading the package, double-click. MSI file, wait ing on update installation, restart the system when needed.

Microsoft has not yet released a fix cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 2004/1607/1507. If you have this problem during use, you can uninstall the June cumulative update and wait until Microsoft fixes it before upgrading.

Previously, a number of administrators confirmed that the affected printers include Ricoh, HP, Brothers, Canon, Toshiba and Panasonic. We initially found that Windows 10 KB4560960 and other updates appeared to cause conflicts with PCL 5 and PCL 6 v2 drivers on network-based printers.
