Zaram Technology, a South Korean electronics component maker, has developed an ultra-low-power 5G communications semiconductor. Media reported that the semiconductor slower power than existing chips and meet standards set by the International Telecommunication Union, or ITU, to significantly increase coverage of 5G networks.
