On Wednesday, local time, the Cupertino-based technology giant updated its Australian retail website to inform consumers of the latest closure plans.

It is understood that Apple Chadstone, Apple Southland, Apple Doncaster and Apple Fountain Gate will be closed again in order to comply with the phase III lockout agreement implemented by Victorian Premier Daneil Andrews.

Apple had previously closed another store in Melbourne, Apple Highpoint.

Victoria’s number of new cases of pneumonia has soared in the past two weeks, with a new positive test on Tuesday reaching a new high of 191, the Guardian reported. The upward trend prompted Andrews to reinstate the six-week lock-up, which came into effect at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8.
