Google’s “.new” short address makes it easy for users to quickly add a schedule

From now on, entering “cal.new” or “meeting.new” in the browser address bar makes it easy to add a schedule to Google Calendar, and dealing with schedule reminders on different devices is a tedious task. Google’s new approach can help, and the new .new top-level domain allows you to add events directly from your browser on your desktop.

Simply enter cal.new or meeting.new in the URL address bar and you’ll be taken to Google Calendar’s new event creation page, without bookmarking or remembering complex addresses, without opening Google Calendar in various apps and then clicking to add.

Perhaps in the near future, more Google services such as Gmail, contacts, reminders/tasks, and even messages will be easily accessible with short addresses.
