Evan Blass (@evLeaks), a well-known pop star, has just shared a rendering of the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live True Wireless Headset. Some predict that the company may release the new product on July 22. In fact, earlier, we had foreseen its unique “cashew” shape in Samsung’s wearable app. Originally we thought it would be called Galaxy Beans or BudsX, but the icon gives a hint of “Buds Live.”
According to previous rumors, Samsung has equipped the Galaxy Buds Live True Wireless Headset with active noise reduction (ANC) features, even if it does not completely seal the user’s ear canal.
In addition, the Galaxy Buds Live has two sound ingenuity units and multiple microphones built into the earbuds, codenamed SM-R180.
But newly leaked renderings show that the charging box is even smaller than the Galaxy Buds Plus and is closer to Apple’s AirPods portable charging storage box.
In terms of price, the Galaxy Buds Live is listed locally for 170,000 won (about $140 / 989 RMB).
For comparison, the Apple AirPods Pro costs $249 (about 1744 RMB), with a difference of $109 (about 764 RMB).
