Samsung will introduce Optical Stabilization (OIS) to the Galaxy A Series cameras, starting with its successor on the Galaxy A71/A81/A91, South Korean media TheElec reported. OIS is a camera feature that essentially allows you to capture sharper images during the day and in low-light shooting scenes by stabilizing the camera module in your smartphone.
Currently, only the Galaxy S-Series and Galaxy Note flagship series are equipped with OIS optical stabilization, while the other series feature software-based stabilization.
Reported that samsung’s flagship model has reached its peak, so Samsung has made strategic adjustments, began to focus on the mid-range model market expansion. The report also noted that major smartphone brands are watching growth in the mid-market. Among them is Apple, which recently launched an affordable iPhone SE (2020) smartphone this year, and even offers oIS and wireless charging at a personal price.
