TM Roh, president and head of mobile communications at Samsung Electronics, revealed today that Samsung will unveil five new products at its “Galaxy Unpacked” launch on August 5. This year’s Samsung Galaxy Unpack conference will be held online as a result of the outbreak. By then, Samsung is expected to release a range of new mobile devices, including the next-generation flagship Galaxy Note 20.
In a blog post today, Lu Taiwen, president and head of mobile communications at Samsung Electronics, said Samsung will unveil five new products at the “Galaxy Unpack” conference on August 5. Mr. Lu didn’t say which five new products were available, but based on history and Samsung’s implications, the new generation of big-screen flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Note 20, is essential.
According to media reports, the upcoming Galaxy Note 20 will include at least two models, the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. It’s not clear whether to release the Galaxy Note 20 plus.
Among them, the Galaxy Note 20 is equipped with a 60Hz, 1080P screen, battery capacity of 4000mAh, support 25 Watts fast charge, while the Note 20 Ultra uses a 2K 120Hz screen, battery capacity of 4500mAh, rear camera for 108MP plus 12MP 13MP potential telephoto combination. All three models will feature qualm SnapDragon865/Exynos 990 processors.
In addition to the Galaxy Note 20, the other four products are likely to be the 5G Version of the Galaxy Z Flip folding phone, the next-generation Galaxy Fold folding phone, the Galaxy Watch 3 smartwatch and the Galaxy Buds Live wireless headset.
The Galaxy Watch 3 includes 1.2-inch and 1.4-inch screen sizes, with the 41mm Galaxy Watch 3 featuring a 1.2-inch screen, while the 45mm version has a 1.4-inch screen, lte and GPS connectivity, and IP68 is waterproof, the report said.
According to Samsung’s promotional video, the Galaxy Buds Live wireless headset looks small and delicate, shaped like a broad bean, with black, white and gold colors for users to choose from, giving a metallic feel.
