After the golden frog, India is a yellow tortoise. Recently, a villager in a village in eastern India found a rare yellow golden turtle and handed it over to the local forest management department, media reported. From the exposed video and pictures, the turtle’s shell and body are yellow, extremely rare, if you do not look closely, you can hardly believe that this is a turtle.
Even wildlife keepers say: “This is a rare turtle, I have never seen such a turtle.” “
An expert tweeted a video of the golden turtle swimming and said it was likely suffering from aluk-degeneration, a feature of its pink eyes.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time this golden species has appeared in India.
Last week, an Indian national park worker, while investigating an amphibian in Nassingpur, Madhya Pradesh, filmed a group of yellow frogs jumping in a waterlogged field, with individual frogs bulging blue gills.
Local experts responded that the frog is an Indian bullfrog called Hopoatrachus tigerinus, usually green or brown, and that males change color to attract the opposite sex during the rainy season.
