Last week, the Microsoft Flight Simulation development team provided early access to internal testing to Alpha test participants. After several days of development updates, Microsoft has now confirmed that final preparations for next week’s release are under way. The new phase will officially kick off on July 30, with the development team releasing a full release note when the new version is built and released.
The new invitation referred to above will be issued from now on. Players who receive invitations before July 30 will also gain access to the internal Beta Preview version.
This week, Microsoft Flight Simulation also announced a partial update to the partner series and released a trailer for the video, which was produced in conjunction with the online flight network VATSIM. The development team is expected to share more details about the partner series in the coming weeks.

At the same time, the latest version of the feedback snapshot has been released, but it is still at the level accessible only to Insider testers. Surprisingly, the previous version of v5.01 was not publicly available.
Previous release patterns have shown that development teams typically push a snapshot in both preview and Phase Public before pushing it to Insider testers. For more, please also wait patiently for next week’s update announcement.
