Linux Kernel 5.8 Is Released.

Linux Kernel 5.8 has been released. Compared to the previous RC, this release primarily updated the driver, adding support for a range of Adreno GPU chips such as versions 405, 640, and 650, new Spectre patches, and exFAT improvements. The Radeon driver is also better supported in this release, as has the POWER10 chip.
