Asus also brought a more introductory ProArtBook Book Pro 17 notebook this week, along with a ProArt StudioBook Pro X mobile workstation that costs up to $4999.99 (35,000 RMB). To drive the price down to $2,000 (14,000 RMB), the machine reduced some configuration options, such as the Nvidia Quadro RTX 3000. But in other ways, the ProArt StudioBook Pro 17 has a lot in common with its Big Brother.

Take the ProArt StudioBook Pro 17 W700 model, which features a Pro X-like body with a turquoise grey look and a factory-calibrated Pantoneed 17-inch NanoEdge display.
It has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 and covers 97% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. However, the W700 model is slightly thinner (1.82 cm / 0.72 inches) and is slightly lower, with a lower threshold and less than the flagship.
Processors, ProArt StudioBook Pro 17 W700 optional Intel Core i7-9750H or XE E-2276M CPU, supplemented by 16 / 32GB DDR4-2666 memory (ECC support for Xeon version) plus 1 / 2 TB M.2 SSD.
The W700 model is overloaded with the Nvidia Quadro RTX 3000 (6GB GDDR6 memory), not as strong as the Quadro RTX 5000, but is fully certified by the ISV of mainstream professional software.
In terms of connectivity, the ProArt StudioBook Pro 17 W700 offers a Thunderbolt 3 (compatible with DP 1.4), three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, an HDMI 2.0 video output, sD 4.0 / UHS-II card reader, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
On the wireless side, the machine has a Wi-Fi 6 plus Bluetooth 5.0 adapter built in. For multimedia, the W700 is equipped with a webcam, stereo speakers, and an array microphone.
To make the ProArt StudioBook Pro 17 W700 more compact, Asus also uses smaller 57 Wh batteries in these laptops. Given that workstation users prefer to use mobile workstations as mobile desktop PCs, battery life may not be a big problem.
In terms of price, the more prime-in-house Asus ProArt StudioBook Pro 17 (W700G3T-XH77) model is now available for $1,999.99 ($14,000 plus RMB).
The high-edition ProArt StudioBook Pro 17 (W700G3T-XH99) model is priced at $2,999.99 (21,000 plus RMB). Customers who need it can be purchased directly from Asus or a U.S. retail partner.
