According to Sensor Tower Store Intelligence, in July 2020, The Voice and overseas version of TikTok attracted more than $102 million in the Global App Store and Google Play, 8.6 times as much as in July last year, again topping the global mobile app (non-gaming) revenue list. Of that, about 89 percent of revenue came from The Chinese version, and the U.S. market ranked second, contributing 6 percent. YouTube came in second with more than $76.8 million, up 43.8 percent from a year earlier. U.S. users contributed 54 percent of their revenue, followed by Japanese users at 12 percent.
The top five apps on the list are Tinder, Tencent Video and Aichi.
