Although Android 11 has not yet been officially released, many vendors have started pushing for updates based on beta. Today Samsung took the first step in Android 11, launching the OneUI 3 developer test program in the U.S. and South Korea.
Citingmedia XDA, the OneUI 3 developer test program will be based on the Android 11 system and will be in the closed testing phase, not open to most users, and will require Samsung approval to apply before participating.
Currently, the program is only available to developers in the U.S. and South Korea, including unlocked versions of the Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra, as well as U.S. T-Mobile and Sprint, Korea, KT, LG U.S. and SKT models.
Later, Samsung will open the Android 11-based OneUI 3.0 public test program, which will be available to users of the Galaxy S20 series in China, Germany, India, Poland, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States.
