On Wednesday, local time, Apple’s System Status page showed that some users could not use some of its services, such as the Game Center and various iCloud features,media reported. The problems suddenly appeared at 12:56 p.m. local time and are still ongoing, but Apple gave no details.
Services known to be affected include Game Center, iCloud accounts, logins, and iCloud Keychains.
Apple’s response to these three questions shows that “users are having problems using this service.” We are investigating and will update the status as we get more information. At the same time, all three questions show that “only some users have been affected”, indicating a limited scale of the problem.
Apple has yet to comment or give a timetable for resolving the issue.
