Firefox expands tracking protection.

The Mozilla Security Blog describes enhanced privacy protection feature Enhanced Tracking Protection 2.0 (ETP 2.0) that will be released to Firefox users in the coming weeks. ETP 2.0 blocks the new advanced tracking technology, redirect tracking, and clears the cookies and website data that track the site every 24 hours, but this does not include the websites that users visit frequently.

Firefox expands tracking protection.

Redirect trackers are websites where users are forced to visit the tracker before they travel to the destination site, which means that the tracker will be loaded as a first party and therefore allows cookies to be stored.
