On September 2, local time, Dwayne Johnson, a famous American movie star, announced on social media that he and his wife and two daughters had tested positive for the new coronavirus.

Fortunately, Johnson said, the whole family is getting better, the daughters are not feeling any symptoms other than an uncomfortable throat, and he and his wife were very uncomfortable in the early stages of the infection, and now “our family is holding on.”

In the video Johnson posted, he can be seen not in poor health, slightly hoarse and still in good shape.

Johnson revealed that he was infected by contact with friends about two and a half weeks ago, one of the most challenging and difficult times of his life, because he thought his responsibility was to protect his family, and that his wife and daughter’s infection had hit him hard.

He also recorded a video calling on the public to be more disciplined in the face of the outbreak, to strengthen their immune systems, to stay healthy, to wear masks to protect their families, to strictly ban indoor parties, and to be optimistic.
