Live tiles may have to say goodbye to us, but they still have great potential in the eyes of designers. In recent days, @vastglad designer has tweeted his ideal live tile, providing a very refined look.
Dynamic tiles are designed to allow systems to interact with users, not just to click on tiles to launch applications. For example, a to-do live tile should allow users to view only completed tasks, all of which do not require running the app to complete the entire task.
He also designed a new user desktop experience, including start menus, desktop widgets, live tiles, search, and Cortana. This is a very simple, flat special interface.
