Samsung has teamed up with Seoul-based sports brand FILA to launch a limited-edition version of the Galaxy Buds Live wireless headset. This isn’t the first time Samsung has worked with brands in other industries, and earlier this year we saw the Galaxy S20 plus BTS version of the K-Pop Band BTS brand and the Galaxy Buds plus BTS version of TWS, followed by the Thom Browne version of the Galaxy Z Fold2 and the Galaxy Z Flip.
Samsung’s Galaxy Buds Live FILA limited edition package includes a joint-branded box with logo from both brands, a white Galaxy Buds Live special edition, a box cover with the FILA logo, a square box inspired by a FILA shoebox, and a key fol with a small scale model of FILA’s iconic shoes.
Designed to focus on younger customers, especially Korean Millennials and Gen Zs, this special edition headset is limited to 2,000 units and sold only in South Korea. Priced at 209,000 won ($175), it can be purchased through the Kakao shopping channel and will go on sale from September 10, with the wireless headset also available through FILA and Samsung’s website channels.
