For the standard AirPods Pro, Bose is about to launch a true wireless noise-cancelling headset.

Since the launch of SoundSport Free in 2017, Bose has not released a truly wireless headset. Last year, Bose said it was preparing two brand new headsets, the Noise Canceling Earbuds 500/700, and according to the newly released promotional video, one of them is coming.

Bose is clearly considering rebranding, and the iconic “QuietComfort” brand will return: the NoiseIng Earbuds 700 is now simply called Bose QuietComfort Earbuds.

Bose QuietComfort Earbuds will deliver “breakthrough acoustic innovations” that deliver “the world’s most efficient noise reduction” backed by clear audio and deep bass, according to a video found by Reddit community users on the website of retailer Harvey Norman, which has now been removed. QuietComfort Earbuds will include the company’s StayHear Max tip, which integrates a stable radian, and confirms that it is sweat-resistant and waterproof.

For the standard AirPods Pro, Bose is about to launch a true wireless noise-cancelling headset.

The Bose promotional video says the headset has six hours of battery life and, thanks to its “custom-designed microphone array,” QuietComfort Earbuds provides clear calls. The video also shows black-and-white and silver options, but does not disclose the exact price. According tomedia CNET, the Noise Canceling Earbuds 500 will be renamed the simpler Bose Sports Earbuds.
