Media reported that Google has begun pushing android users to the new Photos Album app, introducing automated recommendations for machine learning and improved editing tools. After the update, the user will have more granular controls and see the new Suggested tab in the edit menu. The latter provides editing suggestions for photos that are currently being viewed and automatically adjusts brightness, contrast, and image effects.
In addition to providing a wealth of editing options, Google Photos will show users some basic effects, such as one-click enhancements and toning, for further adjustments.
The company will also continue to expand its optimization options for specific image types (people / landscapes / sunsets, etc.), and Pixel smartphone users will be the first to welcome updates in these areas.
Finally, Google has designed a new interface for its universal editing tools, allowing easy scrolling from left to right to adjust parameters such as brightness, contrast, saturation, color temperature, white balance, blur, and more. The date of the update for the iOS version is not known at this time.
