For years, Tesla electric cars, which are the main technology route, have been unable to shake off complaints from a large number of car owners about their workman’s problems. Recently, a Model Y owner was ceded on a California highway with the embarrassment of a roof blown off. Nathaniel Galicia Chien told TheVerge that he was driving his parents into Interstate 580 with his parents in the new car.

The owner explained in detail in the email that he thought the window was open, but didn’t expect the entire glass roof of the original car to blow away after just half a minute — not long before they had bought it from a Tesla dealer in Dublin, California.
Nathaniel Galicia Chien thought that uneven spacing and gaps were Tesla’s common problem, but the accident quickly made him aware of the Assembly Process and Completion Problems with the Model Y.
@TheNastyNat shared a three-second video on Twitter and sent a soul-destroying message to Elon Musk:
“Old man, didn’t you tell us there was an open-top version of Model Y to buy?” My family just bought a model Y new car, its roof just on the road was blown off! “
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident, but Nathaniel Galicia Chien’s family informed the California Highway Patrol and returned to the dealership in an open-top Model Y.
Tesla’s service representatives said there was either a problem with the roof sealing process or an accidental complete omission of the process by assembly workers.
Despite subsequent offers of free services and the provision of a walk-in, it was rejected by the owner. After going through this, it is believed that his parents may eventually buy another car.
