Google Meet for Android ushers in a new UI that makes it easier to manage your meeting schedule.

Google is rolling out a new user interface for Google Meet’s Android app, similar to the Meet integration Google launched in the Gmail app, a change it received last month. The new UI looks simpler and more modern, allowing people to quickly share meeting information with others, start a Met call instantly, or use the “New Meeting” button to schedule a Met call in Google Calendar.

When people open the app, all upcoming scheduled meetings are displayed for better planning. People can also quickly join a meeting by using the “Join Meeting” button at the top.

The new UI, which has been rolled out across Android, is available to all G suite customers, including Essentials, Business Starter, Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, and even users with Google personal accounts.

Google recently extended unlimited Mail calls on Gmail accounts until March 31, 2021. It has also been rolling out new features for the service, as well as question-and-answer and voting features this month.
