Just a week after google’s Pixel 5 was officially released, the phone hasn’t even started selling worldwide, but Google has listed it in stores in multiple market regions. It has previously been reported that Google may have shipped fewer than a million phones this year, but given the phone’s out-of-stock situation in many countries, consumers appear to be enthusiastic about the new Pixel 5.
The pixel 5’s official release date is October 15, and as things stand, the new product may be out of stock when it’s officially released. While this is already common for companies like Samsung and Apple, it is rare for the Pixel product line.
At present, the Pixel 5 is no longer available for pre-order in the UK/Ireland/Germany and other regions, the extent of the fire can be seen. If you’re in the U.S., you can still book the Pixel 5 on the website, with an estimated shipping date of October 30.
It’s worth noting that the Pixel 5 also doesn’t use the Qualcomm SnapDragon 8 Series flagship SoC, but instead uses the mid-range SnapDragon 765G chip.
