Now the Phone Arena has collated the details of the Exynos 990 chip, which is based on a 7nm plus process, with the core of which is a design of the “2 plus 2 plus 4” two small and medium-sized.
For the big core, the Exynos 990 uses the new Exynos M5 core, which is 20% more powerful and 50 percent less power than the previous Exynos M4, which means the Exynos 990 is not only more powerful, but also more power efficient.
For the GPU, the Exynos 990 GPU is ARM’s next-generation Mali-G77 MP11, which is 20% more energy efficient than Exynos 9820 Mali-G77 MP12.
It is important to note that the Exynos 990 is paired with exynos Modem 5123 to achieve 5G network support.
