On Chrome’s help community and social networking sites, some users reported that half of the search results on the screen were covered by a gray window when searching for certain terms. The root cause of the problem is not yet known, and there are few reports that the problem also occurs when searching with google sits using other browsers. The Chrome team is currently investigating the issue and is expected to identify the cause and fix it in the near future.
According to user feedback, a gray screen occurs when searching for specific terms such as “high music” (high school musical). Google employees themselves report that this issue occurs when searching for “fordvferari” or “Ford vs Ferrari.” Then themedia also tried to reproduce the problem.
According to the report, those who have logged into a Google account can fix the problem by turning off/turning on Web and App Activity, but this temporary solution does not apply to other users who also have the problem. “Sometimes when I search, half of the search results are covered in a large gray window, ” says one user. It has some small arrow buttons, just as the previewer part has been tapped. This only occurs in some searches. “
