Last month, Scaru announced that the next generation of BRZ sports cars would be available later this fall, and now we know the exact date – November 18,media reported. Scaru posted a new page on its website. On the page, the company began counting down the launch, along with new trailers and videos.
The new trailer exposes the BRZ’s headlights, which can be seen retaining a C-shaped DRL similar to the one used in today’s models, but overall it looks smoother and smoother. A carved bonnet can also be seen flowing into a lower, longer nose cone, while the new BRZ fender horn port looks wider. The upper part of the front bumper is also visible, showing a fang-like design element.
The trailer on Subaru’s website is less compelling, mainly because of the winding mountain path against the sound of the BRZ engine. At the end of the video, you can take a look at the BRZ from the back 3/4, but from a distance, Sbaru deliberately fuzzes to hide the car’s design.
But last month, people attending Subiefest previewed a camouflage BRZ and posted some photos on social media platforms.
Although no specific details are known, the 2022 BRZ is likely to have the same rear-drive platform as the current model, but there will be some changes and upgrades. There are also signs that the new car may have turbocharged engines, but don’t be too hopeful to be honest.
Mr Scaru said fans could register on its website, so more information and trailers would be available over the next two weeks.
