Apple today shut down the iOS 13.2.2 authentication channel after the november 18 update of iOS 13.2.3, meaning that upgraded users can no longer downgrade to previous versions. iOS 13.2.2 and iPad OS 13.2.2 were released in early November, more like emergency fixes, addressing many of the issues including the kill process. However, after fixing the kill back stage problem, there appears to be a serious battery BUG, several charge and discharge cycles have confirmed that the iOS 13.2.2 battery is clearly not durable. In addition, iOS 13.2.2 is also exposed to WiFi/Bluetooth disconnect.
iOS 13.3 and iPad OS 13.3 will be accompanied by tvOS 13.3, watchOS 6.1.1 and macOS Catalina 10.15.2 software updates. Prior to that, if you were using iOS 13.2 or iPad OS 13.2, it is recommended that you upgrade to the latest iOS 13.2.3 and iPad OS 13.2.3 firmware as soon as possible.
