Apple confirms unexpected shutdown of some of the 2019 13-inch MacBook Pro

Apple said in a support document released today that some of the 2019 entry-level 13-inch MacBook Pro models with two Thunderbolt 3 ports could have an unexpected shutdown. It describes the troubleshooting steps that users can take: for example, let the MacBook Pro battery level down to less than 90%, then connect to the charger, exit all open applications, and let the machine sleep and charge for at least 8 hours.
