Apple has unveiled a solution for a persistent problem with the 2019 13-inch MacBook Pro,media reported. The tech giant detailed how to fix the laptop’s shutdown in a support document. Apple’s latest 13-inch MacBook Pro was released in July with a new generation of MacBook Air, according to a post on the MacRumors forum.
According to Apple’s guidance, when the laptop battery is less than 90% charged, then turn off all the open apps, close the notebook to put it into sleep mode, in this state to fill the notebook for 8 hours, and finally upgrade to the latest version of macOS to solve the shutdown problem.
If Apple’s solution doesn’t help solve the problem, it’s best to contact Apple.
It’s unclear how many MacBooks were affected or how serious the problem was.
