What are the most popular Android phones in every u.S. state? Samsung’s flagship phones are uncontroversially over-the-top, according to statistics from speed service provider Ookla. The Galaxy Note 9 is the most popular Android phone in several U.S. states, especially the southern and west coasts of the United States. The most popular in some states in the northern and eastern States of the United States is the Galaxy S8, followed by the Galaxy S9 Plus.
If the Android camp is left out of the prefix, the most popular phone in every state is Apple’s iPhone X. In the U.S., Samsung and Apple now have a 76.3 percent market share, with Samsung taking 28 percent, while LG, the second-largest Android handset maker, has an 8.8 percent share.
The Galaxy Note 9 went on sale last August and received almost universal acclaim. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S8 was released in April 2017 and the S9 Plus was released in March 2018, making the Note 9 the latest of three models to be popular with U.S. consumers.
